Returns Policy

We guarantee that we will return your money, provide an exchange or offer a store credit for future purchase if:

(1) you have received an item which is either defected, damaged or otherwise not good; or

(2) you have changed your mind and decided to return unopened and unused products within 14 days from receiving. If you want to use your right to cancel the contract and return your purchased products please follow the guidelines of this Returns Policy.

Please follow the below guidelines to return a Product that you are not satisfied with:

STEP 1

Please contact our customer support by email ([email protected]) or by filling a contact form on the website as soon as you can, but not later than within 14 days from receiving your ordered products. Please let us know the reason why you want to return your purchased products in the email you send to us.

STEP 2

Please be prepared to provide our customer support the following information:

(a) Brief description of the product you want to return;

(b) If product is damaged or otherwise bad – picture(s) of product and/or concern;

(c) Your address, email, and phone number;

(d) Payment receipt, invoice, bank statement or any other proof of purchase.

STEP 3

Once you receive our returns address from the customer support, please pack your product safely and send it back to us. Make sure to add return identification number or any other information that the customer support would instruct you to provide on the shipment

Please be noted that:

– We will only accept the returned products if it was not used, undamaged, and sent back to us in the original package, except when you are returning a defected item. Goods that you wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.

– You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the Products and we will not compensate your shipping costs, except when you are returning a defective item

– Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product

– We can refuse to make a refund if we find that your returned product was not defective and was opened or used before returning
